Max-T Engineering Supplies strives to only supply products that are excellent value for money and of high quality for use in the workplace or small workshop.
Prices: All prices include UK mainland second class postage. Please note there is a minimum order value of 15 GBP. Every effort is made to advertise correct prices, but they are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Charges - UK - Non Mainland:
Postcodes: AB, IV, DD,PH, PA, KA, KW, KY, FK, DG, TD, & ZE Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight , Channel Isles and Scottish Islands etc. will be quoted separately by Email.
Delivery Charges - Overseas: For all export orders, we will calculate the most cost effective and insured shipping method and seek your confirmation by email before processing your order.
Delivery: We aim to dispatch within two working days, subject to stock availability.
Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro (Domestic).
We can accept personal or business cheques but goods will not be released until cheques have been fully cleared.
Credit Card Security: All order and credit/debit card details are encrypted (using advanced 128 bit encryption) on the secure server when your order is placed and can only be decrypted after they reach our computer. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site. Do not send your card details to us by e-mail as this is not secure.
If you still feel uncomfortable transmitting your credit card details via the internet, you may send your credit card information by telephone or fax but we must receive the information within 24 hours of you placing the order.
Returns Policy: We operate a return to base policy. This means that all carriage costs for return of goods are to be borne by the customer. In the event of a return, the customer should first contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods to discuss the issue and mode of return, if appropriate. In the event of return, we cannot accept responsibility for items being returned to us that are lost in transit. It is the customers responsibility to see that returned goods reach us and in the condition they were sent to the customer.
Necessary Proof of Purchase needs to be provided with all returns.
General Returns: On receipt of goods, we will inspect the same for damage. If they are found to be in order, we will refund the cost of the goods.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods: On receipt of goods, we will inspect the same for damage or fault. If we agree to the customers damage/fault observation, we will refund the full cost of the goods including prior agreed carriage back to us, or, replace the product/s and include a refund for the prior agreed carriage incurred by the customer to return the product/s back to us, as appropriate.
If we disagree with the customers damage/fault observation, we will only refund cost of goods (provided they are un-damaged).
These Terms & Conditions do not affect the customers' Statutory rights.
