The Mini Lathe is a compact and lightweight machine., with variable speed motor as standard. Constructed almost entirely of cast iron with ground, hardened bed ways, a fully featured saddle and carriage assembly, a tailstock with spindle taper turning capability and a variable speed spindle drive through a 2 speed gearbox, giving a speed range of 100-2500 rpm,only turning of a knob. The Mini Lathe can cut Left Hand Threads by the simple operation of moving a lever on the back of the headstock. The Mini Lathe comes in either with a Metric Leadscrew or an Imperial Leadscrew with a change wheel set gives metric thread range of 0.5-2.5mm pitch and the Imperial thread range of 12-52TPI The Min Lathe can be used for turning, facing, spindles, prototypes, models and much, much more.
